This team knows how to take care of their customers and provide information as to what is going on with the service in real time. Will be using Sanks Mechanical for all my mechanical needs.

I don't do many reviews, but our experience was so good I had to post this one. We've had chronic issues with our 6 year old system (had had an underpowered for our house system installed) and got little guidance from other companies on how to address them. The woman who took my initial call recommended I set up a service call to get the system evaluated. Tyler was extremely professional and did a comprehensive evaluation. He tried what will hopefully be a simple fix, but also spent a lot of time going over the pros and cons of the options we have if it doesn't work. I felt he truly went above and beyond my expectations.

They came out to provide an estimate on Tuesday. The guy who came to take pictures said he couldn’t give an estimate that day because he was filling in for his boss. They didn’t call me back for two days, so I called them and had to leave a message with the answering service. Finally they called me back on the third day to tell me they’re not taking the job. No reason mentioned 👎🏽

Learn from my experience and mistakes. Whatever heating and AC work you need done, just call Sanks Mechanical. There is no need to call anyone else.We are fortunate and grateful to have been referred to this company. They are honest and not looking to rip people off.Picture this, it's 97 degrees out. The house is 85, I have two small pets and I work from home. Our AC system broke. So, I called three companies. One ripped us off by over-charging us for work they didn't do. Then tried to sell us a new system. The other two sent techs out, who didn't find the problem and the techs tried to sell us a new system. Then they sent salespeople to the house.The average cost of a new system from these three crooks was $17,000. We got by really well with two window units.Then we called Sanks Mechanical. They found the problem in about 20 minutes and fixed it for $350.

I called the company on a Sunday because my air conditioning unit was not cooling my home. They came out the next dayThe repairman could not work on the problem because his ladder was too short. My unit is on the roof. John came out the next day and repaired the unit. John was cordial, professional and did the repair in one hour. I highly recommend Sanks Mechanical. This was the first time I used them and I would not hesitate to call on them again.

I hope that it is ok to post two reviews six months apart, and indeed I am posting this second review because I am so impressed with the consistent high quality work of this company. Back in January I needed general maintenance of my rooftop HVAC unit, and Sanks did a great job for a modest price.Since then, in my capacity as President of the Condo Assn where I live, I have recommended Sanks to a half dozen owners, all of whom reported back to me their own satisfaction with the company. I hardly expected that last week my own AC system would completely "die," and indeed I was getting zero cooling.So I called Sanks at 3 pm on one weekday, and they had a super mechanic on my roof the next day at noon. He fixed the problem in a half hour, and the best part was his honesty: given the fact that my equipment is 15+ years old, he could have easily told me that I needed a complete new system, and I would have not been in any position to challenge his word: I simply would have been out several thousand dollars.Instead, he found the one part within the system that had burned out (a capacitor), and thus the total cost to me turned out to be only $250 (parts, labor and service-call fee).Thank you, Sanks, and thank you, John, the super mechanic who now knows my roof quite well! I give you guys an unreserved five-star recommendation.

Very good experience. John was very professional, courtesy and understanding. He explained all he was doing and increased my knowledge base about my system. He encouraged me to get a maintenance plan (which was needed) and that eased my anxiety. My system has been working well and look forward to seeing a representative again for system check ups. Hot water heater stopped working. Called Sanks Mechanical, and the technician arrived soon after that. John was professional and polite. He phoned to advise of his arrival time. Removed the old water heater and had the new one in quickly and efficiently. He was clean and left no dirt behind. Within a short period of time I was back in business. Great company to work with. I was 100% impressed, and more than satisfied, with the service that I received from Sanks. Their technician, John, was quite knowledgeable, and was able to diagnose--in 30 minutes--what the problem was that was causing my HVAC system to perform so poorly, even though it seemed that it was circulating hot freon. Indeed, the bottom line is there are many different factors that can cause an HVAC to run inefficiently, and it takes a good technician with the proper testing devices to ascertain if the problem is freon or something else. Sanks came out quickly, worked clean, charged me a modest diagnosis fee, and is now coming back to fix the underlying problem, also at what seems to be a fair price. As president of my condo association, I will certainly be recommending Sanks to the other 53 owners here.

I called Sanks for a diagnostic and installation of a new heating unit in a Newley acquired property. They worked with me during the entire process. Honored a price they listed that had then recently changed to be dramatically higher and gave me tips and tricks while installing the unit. Oh! And they noticed a leak and gave some advice. Talk about above and beyond. Couldn’t be happier working with Sanks during such a stressful time- they were a breeze!

Professionalism at its finest. I was in a bind when I turned on my AC for the first time in new house and it was blowing warm air during the first 90 degree heat wave. Went on vacation the following week. Contacted Sanks on a Tuesday afternoon and they were able to get a tech out by Saturday. Tech was able to diagnose the issue and repair the AC same afternoon while I was on vacation! Family came home to an ice cold house! Pricing was fair and I would highly recommend Sanks for all of your HVAC needs.

Got an appointment next day after calling in late afternoon. Fast response from Sanks Mechanical. Received text and email confirmation and text updates the day of service. Received a call from the technician when he was on his way with an approximate time when he would arrive.Will K was great. Friendly and professional! Arrived during the time window given, diagnosed what was wrong with my heating system quickly and accurately, went over the price with me and got my system up and running fast. They were so quick to respond when I realized my heat wasn’t working. The technician showed up on time. He was covid friendly and even put on booties.Once the heat was up and running, he explained what was wrong and how it was fixed.Hopefully I don’t need to use them often but glad they are there when I need them.

I called at 7am today because our AC wasn't working, they had Dan here by 7:30am!! From the second I called the Staff of Sank Mechanical were professional and friendly. The pricing was very reasonable, the issue was quickly diagnosed, options were given, and the problem was fixed by 9am. Dan checked over our whole system and even discussed what to expect down the road. Several years ago we also had Sank Mechanical replace a Hot Water Heater, Joe handled that Job, again, quick and professional... I would HIGHLY recommend this company for all your needs!

They installed our AC unit. We already had a forced heating system. We have had a few issues since with the AC but it was all minor adjustments or issues that we could have prevented ourselves if we had been aware such as changing the filter more frequently as we do construction to our house. But every time we had an issue they would come out immediately even if it was a non emergency. They are professional and nice people, a good company that is run well, and they have stood by their install and put us at ease.

Sanks is top notch!! Dan, the tech who stopped by to look at my unit was really knowledgeable and very friendly. I was really happy that he showed up on time. If you are having any issue with your AC unit do your self a favor and call Sanks. You will be well taken care of.
