Great service!! I was able to get an appointment scheduled asap (called Thursday afternoon, was scheduled for the next day). The technician (Brandon) who came out very was nice and explained everything in detail. He did a great job, definitely deserves a raise! Would recommend this company and go back for more services.

Professionals! Sanks installed my Navien tankless water heater two years ago. Unfortunately, the heater had issues. Sanks was able to negotiate on my behalf and get Navien to give us a new replacement heater at no cost. They also discounted the labor for me. I called them at 6:30am and they answer the phone and get someone scheduled right away. Sanks is reliable, fair and easy to work with. If something goes wrong they have your back. Will continue to use them!

This is my latest updated review of Sanks (and what follows it are my previous reviews):Tyler was out again, today (7/6/23) to work on one of my four HVAC systems. As always, excellent work, clean, in and out quick. Hooray Tyler and hooray, Sanks!I am very very impressed with all of the work that Tyler, clearly an expert mechanic from Sanks, did on my four HVAC systems today. April 27, 2023. On one hand, they all needed seasonal adjustments, but Sanks certainly went out of its way in terms of the thorough testing that it did, as well as the clear explanation of what I could do next to maintain my systems or upgrade them. Tyler worked fast, efficiently and clean, and what I was charged could not have been more reasonable. As the President of the Condo Assn where I live in Center City, I have been recommending Sanks, over the last two years, to all of our condo unit owners, based on some work that the company did for me a while back. And indeed, in light of today's experience, I feel more than vindicated and justified in continuing to recommend this absolutely excellent company! Thank you Tyler, and thank you, Sanks-- keep up the good work!my previous reviews:I hope that it is ok to post two reviews six months apart, and indeed I am posting this second review because I am so impressed with the consistent high quality work of this company. Back in January I needed general maintenance of my rooftop HVAC unit, and Sanks did a great job for a modest price.Since then, in my capacity as President of the Condo Assn where I live, I have recommended Sanks to a half dozen owners, all of whom reported back to me their own satisfaction with the company. I hardly expected that last week my own AC system would completely "die," and indeed I was getting zero cooling.So I called Sanks at 3 pm on one weekday, and they had a super mechanic on my roof the next day at noon. He fixed the problem in a half hour, and the best part was his honesty: given the fact that my equipment is 15+ years old, he could have easily told me that I needed a complete new system, and I would have not been in any position to challenge his word: I simply would have been out several thousand dollars.Instead, he found the one part within the system that had burned out (a capacitor), and thus the total cost to me turned out to be only $250 (parts, labor and service-call fee).Thank you, Sanks, and thank you, John, the super mechanic who now knows my roof quite well! I give you guys an unreserved five-star recommendation.

Sanks is always reliable, professional, trustworthy, honest, and affordable. I would not go anywhere else, to be honest, because it's so hard to find a company with ALL these qualities. I have used Sanks for many years and they have been one of the best, most consistent companies that I have had experience with, in general. My family also uses Sanks and has the same sentiments! The most important things to me are that they care about the quality of their work, they care about their customers, and they are honest...as forementioned...also reliable and affordable. I have not experienced anyone better for HVAC!

Had a visit from Dan to check out our heating system and to see if he could help with the heat distribution in our top floors. He answered our questions, opened or adjusted the vents, and changed out our filters. Booking the visit was super easy, we set up a visit plan for when the weather gets warmer, and we got follow up messages along the way. Very happy with the service we got and happy to have booked Sanks 🙂

After calling 3 businesses and sanks came as a referral from a small business owner that was unable to assist me. Sanks was the only one that had availability within 48hrs for my urgent issue. Their diagnostic fee was reasonable. They were able to discuss my AC issue and explain potential issues that could be found while assuring me that the technician on site will be able to help resolve the matter as quickly as possible. My house was under construction and the AC issue needed to be handled in order for my contractor to continue the job. They called me the next day, without my request to add me sooner appt, and offered to show up within the next 2hrs instead of waiting until the weekend. Technician was able to go see the issue. Found the problem to be very small and easy, fortunately. He also took the time to check everything else, including my filter. He called and advised me on maintenance without sounding sales-y. I am very impressed and they deserve 5star!

In the middle of a heat wave, my AC stopped functioning. Tyler from Sank’s was able to get out to my house same day. He was extremely friendly & professional. He diagnosed the issue, explained it to me and told me exactly what he was going to do. Within an hour of arriving, he had my AC back to blowing cold air. From the initial call for service to the work that was performed, everything about my experience with Sank’s was top notch. I will be using Sank’s Mechanical for all of my HVAC needs going forward.
